Diodes Supply Update: Selected Lead Times Reportedly Reach 74 Weeks
Supply conditions for selected Diodes products are showing signs of tightening.

According to market data published by Aetrix Electronics in July 2026, multiple Diodes product categories were reported with lead-time indications in the 40–52 week range, while selected part numbers were reported at up to 74 weeks. The reported impact covers MOSFETs, rectifiers, ESD protection, logic ICs, and power management products.
What’s Driving the Supply Pressure?
Demand for semiconductor components remains strong across automotive, industrial, data center, and other applications. At the same time, production capacity cannot always be quickly shifted between different processes, packages, and product categories.
As a result, even commonly used components can experience longer replenishment cycles when available capacity becomes constrained.
Why It Matters for Buyers
Extended lead times can make production planning and inventory management more challenging, particularly for manufacturers relying on specific MPNs with limited alternatives.
It is also important to distinguish between current distributor inventory and factory lead times. A component may still be available from existing stock while new production orders face significantly longer delivery schedules.
For buyers, monitoring available inventory, lead times, allocation status, and quantity-specific availability can help reduce supply risks.
Luxtronics Supply Support
At Luxtronics, we help customers source hard-to-find, obsolete, and shortage electronic components through our global sourcing network and inventory resources.
For Diodes components facing extended lead times, our sourcing team can help identify available supply options and support customers in finding suitable sourcing channels.
Early sourcing and better supply visibility can make a significant difference when lead times begin to extend.
