Quality Inspection and Testing System
Our sound quality inspection and testing system always ensures the quality, by implementing our 8-step Inspection & Testing policy:
Our In-House testing including 3 levels
● Outer packaging & label inspection, and measurement
● Part documents verification, including traceability & conformance file, data sheet, etc.
● Marking identification and oxidation inspection or inspection of lead condition
LEVEL ONE
● Acetone testing to identify remarked parts
● Solderability Testing
● X-Ray & XRF Analysis
LEVEL TWO
● 3rd party testing, such as White Horse and CECC testing
● Testing items include De-cap, Electrical Curve Trace, JTAG test, Thermal shock, AS6081,etc
